~ He wears a fedora with a red band where he puts his cigar when he's not smoking and has many times set his hat on fire.
~ His nickname, "Snow White" isn't supposed to be ironic, it's cuz his eyes are all white, kinda like a zombie.
~ His eyes are also naturally kinda like, sleepy, cuz he's supposed to be a top sniper and that's what happens to your eye when you keep looking through a scope.
~ He wears a motorcycle vest with a design on the back instead of a waistcoat.
~ He invented disco boot cut pants.
~ Rides a motorcycle.
~ He wears a ring gun and a fake silver watch on his right hand. On his left hand he has four tattoos of a Skull, Cross, Spade, and a Black and White Box.


Personality traits:
~ He speaks slow and rather than talks, listens, though his face makes it seem like he's not listening and gets in a lot of fights [stoner face]. He makes small remarks but other than that, he works mostly behind the scenes. He can do most of the stuff for himself, but he just assigns them to his memebers because he wants them to get some experience, also because he's been in the business for a long time. Other than that, he's always there for backup, just in case, and supervising, providing his memebrs a safety net in case they fail.
~ Smiles a lot and looks stoned all the time.
~ He reacts slow to people talking to him. He does this because he acts like he takes long to process things, but he likes having an advantage in knowledge and having people underestimate him. He's always on top of things.
~ He isn't the stoic type, he butts in on conversations to make one snarky remark and leave.
~ Always into deception and surprises.
~ Silently judges everyone frmo his throne.
~ He is a very tricky deal maker, because he always gives himself the advantage in any deal that may sound good to the person making the deal. He always gains, and they always lose.


Background:
~ His family was fairly wealthy because of their business in selling unobtainable goods from other countries. They had connections with everyone around them and was always on a good note with them leaving them with an advantage towards anything. This is where he sets his faction's goal; to safely get connections and eventually get to the top.
~ His mother was a well trained sniper and his father was rich man who sold a lot of black market goods for high price, and they both loved their son very much, so Snow didn't have any parental problems, though he is known for having something against his mom.
~ His mother put a rifle in his hands when he was young and had him trained with weaponry after his father went missing due to a bad deal. His father had made a deal with a mob boss that didn't like to be made a fool of, so they sent a bunch of people after them with high price on their heads and the hunt was never called off, even now he still is being hunted. He wholeheartedly believes his father is out there somewhere still running away from his deal. He was exceptionally talented in weapons mastery and tactics, way above normal humans due to chromatism. He has sharp eyes and always had a backup plan and a backup plan for the backup plan.
~ He spent most of his time isolated from others because of his family, so he has poor social skills, but learns fast. He was home schooled for the most of it and relatively talented in chemistry, but failed math.
~ His mother killed the previous B&W faction boss to get the spot, and everyone thought that it was a suicide, but no one ever did find out. When they did, she either made them shut up, or they didn't dare spill a word. She was later assassinated by someone, and no one questioned it, and neither did Snow, so he just took over and they respect [more like fear] him as much as his mother, or they just don't care.


Powers:
Black&White: He carries a lot of weapons around, and especially on him, small concealed weapons [Ring Gun; Belt Buckle Gun]. He likes to have a variety of weapons with him that don't limit him to just long ranged fire [small knives, katars, whatever he can sell, he can also use]. His trademark is his Tommy gun/Sniper rifle in a violin case [and maybe even a violin gun].
His powers are actually high precision [far above normal] and tactics. Due to his sharp eyes, he actually has a really hard time focusing on one thing because he was gifted with the talent of seeing multiple things. If he moves head on with an enemy, he might have a lot of problems. This is why he prefers sniping and watching over everything.

Red&Orange: He has a lot of leg strength to get him around really fast with his acrobatics and upper body strength too for fast reaction. kinDA NOTHING REALLY.

Blue&Purple: He has small control over the element of fire which he sometimes uses to light his cigar or burn the enemy just enough to distract them for a second, but he can't go too far at all with this power except maybe lighting guns or gas tanks or bombs or whatever up with whatever small amount of fire he's got. Usually uses this to help with firing his gun.


Other information:
~ People rarely sees his face, because he works in the background all the time, so people misinterpret his gender due to his nickname, "Snow White"
~ He has sort of a Louisiana Accent thats barely detectable but sometimes he highlights it for fun
